Hello folks! We hope all of you had a joyful and restful winter break! Welcome back to campus! In the Spring 2019 semester, the Adam Brown Social Media Command Center will be open from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 9 pm, and on Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
If you need any help regarding using the Salesforce’s Social Studio for your research or course project, our graduate assistants are here to help you. You can visit the center during our social studio sessions:
Mondays 2:30 to 4:30 pm
Tuesdays 1 to 3 pm
Wednesdays 11 am to noon
Thursdays 10 am to noon
Fridays 9 to 11 am.
In the first week of the new semester, we’d like to share an interesting post of “UT” on Twitter. When we used “University of Tennessee” as a keyword to observe the social volume in the Salesforce Social Studio, a word of “experiment” popped out in the word cloud.
Who is the real UT? Besides the big orange, University of Tennessee, Knoxville, there is another UT with similar orange color, that is University of Texas, Austin. It’s fascinating to put together the pictures of two football teams.
Other than this, it was excited that the Vols beat Florida at SEC basketball last Saturday. People were very excited on Twitter as the positive posts raised on January 12. It’s a good start for this semester, and we hope all the Vol teams will have great performances in 2019!
